Although conventional wiper requires wiping for 5 min on dry condition in order to form coating layer, Glaco Power Blade forms water-repellent layer in half of time (about 2 min, according to our test).

How to use "Glaco Power Blade Multi-Fit Refill"

Before replacing wipers

  • After opening package, make sure that the wiper rubber doesn't come off from the frame, and all parts are not deformed or missing.
  • Stop the car engine, and make sure that the wiper switch is OFF.
  • Remove oil-film and stain on the windshield surface in advance.
  • For avoiding scratching, place a soft cloth and the like on the car body and glass.
Pull up wiper arm.

Pull up wiper arm.

Change rubber with the blade removed from the arm.

Remove wiper blade.

Remove wiper blade.

Turn the blade about 90┬░and pull off it from the arm.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull the rubber from the side with locking gap. Remove the rubber and the metal rails together.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert the new rubber from the side without locking gap, into the blade.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Stopper pin should be settled in the locking gap on the rubber.

Make sure that the metal rail is not misaligned.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Finally, return the blade on the wiper arm.

Pull up wiper arm.

Change rubber with the blade removed from the arm.

Remove wiper blade.

Remove wiper blade.

Pull and remove the wiper blade by slightly twisting motion.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull the rubber from the side with locking gap. Remove the rubber and the metal rails together.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert the new rubber from the side without locking gap, into the blade.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Stopper pin should be settled in the locking gap on the rubber.

Make sure that the metal rail is not misaligned.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Finally, return the blade on the wiper arm.

Finally, return the blade on the wiper arm.

Finally, return the blade on the wiper arm.

Change rubber with the blade removed from the arm.

Remove wiper blade.

Remove wiper blade.

Turn the blade to unlock the adapter.
Open the cover of adapter, and remove the blade from the wiper arm.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull out old wiper rubber.

Pull the rubber from the side with locking gap. Remove the rubber and the metal rails together.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert new wiper rubber.

Insert the new rubber from the side without locking gap, into the blade.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Set the stopper of blade into the locking gap.

Stopper pin should be settled in the locking gap on the rubber.

Make sure that the metal rail is not misaligned.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Re-set blade on wiper arm.

Finally, return the blade on the wiper arm.
